Ilkin was born in Sumqayit city in 1992. He received his bachelor degree at National Aviation Academy in 2014. During and after his studies, he was working as a Sales Manager at “Global Marketing Group” in 2013. In 2016 he was working as Act and Claims Specialist at “Azerbaijan Railways CJSC” and in 2016-2018 he was working as Head of Press Service at “Azerbaijan Student Youth Organizations Union”.
