Mr. Ingvard Find is a seasoned senior level executive with more than 30 years of business leadership experience in agricultural technologies and business development in more than 100 countries. Mr. Find has held high level positions with major international irrigation and agriculture companies: John Deere Water, Rain Bird International, Lindsay Manufacturing, Con-Agra Foods, McCain Foods Ltd. and Environmental Sensor Inc. Ingvard’s entrepreneurial drive and strategic initiatives in the areas of new technology and market development have led these top international companies to significant market growth and expansion.
Currently, Mr. Find, as founder and head of Aquavit Consulting, is involved with product development and research, as well as business development globally. Mr. Find’s business acumen, combined with his unique ability to communicate seamlessly across cultures, has created opportunities for international companies to gain greater access to markets in Latin America, Africa, Eastern and Western Europe, China, Australia, and New Zealand. Ingvard works closely with government agencies and research centres to ensure new technologies are positioned for early market success. Mr. Find excels at building strategic alliances that result in channel development for sustainable solutions in agriculture and land management.
Mr. Find background is Agronomy College, Denmark, did graduate studies at the University of Minnesota, St. Paul and at the Richard Ivey School of Business in London, Ontario.
Ingvard speaks several languages including English, Spanish, and Danish, and has a strong working knowledge of Portuguese and German.
