Rza got his bachelor degree on the speciality of Soil science and Agrochemistry at Azerbaijani State Agrarian University. Further, he received his master’s degree on the speciality of Agronomist. His master’s education was mainly focused on Plant Protection. During his master’s, he made several researches on soil types and protection measures against cotton bollworm in modern agriculture.

He worked as a practitioner at ASAU (Azerbaijan State Agrarian University), AQAT Agro LLC, Yalama Aqropark LLC and Gilan Agricultural Group. Furthermore, he worked as agronomist at Yalama Aqropark LLC.
